Error Message: "The software you are installing for this hardware: <device name> has not passed Windows Logo testing..."Cause: The error appears because Digital Blue has not yet certified product drivers in Microsoft's voluntary logo program. This program is not an industry standard. Digital Blue has a rigorous quality assurance program and all of its products are tested above and beyond the requirements of any Microsoft or similar test programs. Solution: When installing the Digital Blue software, you will see the following warning: "The software you are installing for this hardware: <device name> has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. Continuing the installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed Logo testing." You can ignore this error without concern for your system. Simply select 'Continue Anyway' at these prompts. |
