What is the difference between the Intel(r) Play(tm) Computer Sound Morpher and the Digital Blue(tm) PC Animation Station?
The PC Animation Station integrates the functionality of the Computer Sound Morpher with all of your favorite Cartoon Network(tm) characters.

If I own the Computer Sound Morpher toy, can I purchase the PC Animation Station software from Digital Blue?

My recordings occasionally have some background noise when I record from my computer. What can I do?
For the best recording quality while connected to the computer, keep the Digital Blue™ PC Animation Station steady and upright with the microphone pointed away from the computer's speakers. Placing your PC Animation Station too close to the computer's speakers can result in feedback (a high-pitched squealing noise).

Will my PC Animation Station lose my recordings when it shuts down?
No. Your PC Animation Station shuts down automatically after 20 minutes any time it is not being used, but saves your most recent recordings. As soon as you press any button, the PC Animation Station turns back on with your recordings intact.

My recordings are too quiet when I download them to my computer. Is there a way to make them louder?
There are two things you can do when transferring files to your computer to improve the transfer quality.

1. Try using the "Louder" filter in the sound lab to make a sound louder.
2. Try using the "Remove noise" filter in the sound lab.
